Maintenance Programs

Standard Maintenance:

Under our Standard Maintenance program, Sansay customers receive software updates and upgrades for their licensed Sansay products, including access to the Sansay Technical Assistance Center (TAC) for regular business hours technical and operations support, and RMA services processing (8am-5pm Pacific, USA Monday - Friday).

Enhanced Maintenance:

24x7 Support Response

The 24x7 Support Response option is an Enhanced Maintenance program which provides 24x7 access to Sansay Technical Assistance Center resources.

Advance Replacement

The Advance Replacement Hardware Warranty is an Enhanced Maintenance option which provides advance replacement hardware on a priority basis. If a failure occurs, a replacement system will be shipped the same business day. This option may be purchased per hardware/unique serial number unit.
